Leading a Pakistani delegation, Leghari held talks with Saudi officials to expand collaboration in the power sector, with both sides agreeing to formulate a roadmap to promote closer cooperation .

Investment Opportunities and Sector Reforms

The Pakistani delegation presented significant investment opportunities in power transmission infrastructure and grid modernization to support rising electricity demand and the integration of clean energy resources . The minister assured Saudi investors of the Pakistani government’s full support and facilitation for investment in the country’s energy sector, saying the government is committed to providing a business-friendly environment for private sector participation and foreign investment .

Digitalization and Modernization Initiatives
