LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: Armed individuals in a car fired at a college bus near Multan Road, resulting in bullet injuries to at least two female students.
Police officials stated that some individuals in a car shot at the college bus, causing injuries to two female students identified as Ayesha and Nimra.
The injured students received immediate medical attention at General Hospital. A case regarding the incident has been filed based on a complaint from Ayesha’s brother.
This event echoes a similar car firing incident from July this year, where two individuals lost their lives in Lahore’s Mughalpura area.
Police revealed that Imran and Guddu were the victims of the shooting, allegedly carried out by their brother-in-law due to a property dispute.
Authorities mentioned that the brother-in-law, along with an accomplice, fired at the vehicle and fled the scene. A comprehensive investigation was launched by the police following the incident.
Reflecting on a previous car firing incident in Quetta from September last year, it was discovered that personal and property disputes led a brother to fatally shoot his three siblings.
This incident unveiled a tragic end to familial conflicts, prompting a thorough investigation into the matter.
