Islamabad, June 26, 2025: Vlektra has officially launched the Velocity 180 Special Edition, a powerful upgrade to its popular electric motorcycle. The new variant comes with a 2000W BLDC motor, pushing its top speed to 85 km/h, up from 65 km/h in the standard version. It retains the same 180 km range per charge.
This special edition delivers 120 Nm of torque, improved from the previous 100 Nm, giving riders more power on the road. Dual disc brakes on both wheels and tubeless tires ensure safer, more reliable braking. With three ride modes and reverse assist, users can expect enhanced ride control and flexibility.
Charging has been optimized too. The bike now takes only 3.5 hours to charge with a 10 Amp AC charger, a slight improvement over the original 4-hour time.
While it uses the same 72V 36Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, the blazing red finish gives the Special Edition a striking look. It’s designed for riders who want style and performance in one machine.
