Islamabad, May 11, 2025: The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), an initiative under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, is offering an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and postgraduates to apply for internships in Islamabad.
These internships are designed to provide young professionals with industry-specific skills and experience, setting them on a path to enhanced employability.

- Eligibility: Open to both male and female candidates under 30 years of age
Internship Fields and Skills Needed:
The program offers diverse positions across various disciplines, including:
- Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science
- Skills: MERN Stack, Python development, system architecture, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Finance and Audit
- Skills: Budgeting, audit planning, risk assessment, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Marketing and Research
- Skills: Content development, data analysis, Adobe Suite, event planning, and social media management.
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Skills: Recruitment, performance management, training, and knowledge of labor laws.
Eligibility Criteria and Stipend:
Applicants must possess a degree from an HEC-recognized institution and meet the following stipend structure based on their qualifications:
- Graduate (14 Years of Education): Rs. 50,000/month
- Postgraduate (16 Years): Rs. 60,000/month
- Postgraduate with Specialization (18 Years): Rs. 70,000/month
Additional requirements include a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 70% marks and completion of the degree within the last two years.
