Islamabad high court rejects Imran Khan’s request for suspending warrants in Toshakhana case
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court today rejected plea of Imran Khan, seeking cancelation of arrest warrants in the Toshakhana case.

Khawaja Haris, the counsel of Imran Khan, filed the petition in the court on Tuesday.
Chief Justice of the IHC Aamer Farooq rejected the petition. He said that the plea was not maintainable.
On March 18, the IHC suspended the arrest warrants for Imran Khan, for one day, to enable Khan to appear in the district and sessions court in the Toshakhana case.
The trial court suspended the warrants, but summoned Imran Khan again on March 30 in this case.
