Polish Mother
A 10-year-old girl, Sara Sharif, the daughter of a Pakistan-origin father and a Polish mother, have been murdered in Surrey, United Kingdom.
The UK authorities found Sara’s body at a property in Woking, Surrey, on August 10, following concerns for her welfare. The identification of the minor girl took place on Monday. The Surrey Police initiated a murder investigation after discovering the body. However, the three suspects linked to the murder have managed to escape the country.
The father of the victim, Malik Urfan Sharif, aged 41 and employed as a taxi driver, was named by media sources. A neighbor expressed disbelief, stating, “I just can’t believe it. Malik Urfan is such a friendly guy who adores his kids very well.
He’s been living in the UK for years and is originally from Pakistan. He works as a taxi driver with a hackney plate outside Woking station.”
Detective Chief Inspector Debbie White confirmed that an investigation into the murder is underway.
“We have identified three people for probe in this double murder case. We believe that they left the country on Wednesday. We are working with our partners, including international authorities, to locate them,” he stated.
