Islamabad, June 19, 2025: The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has introduced a significant concession plan for large-scale commercial and industrial users shifting to solar power systems.
In a fresh directive released by Director Customer Services Abbas Ali, LESCO stated that it will no longer mandate the installation of backup meters for these users.
As per the revised policy, users moving to solar setups can now opt for either backup or primary meters for their billing requirements.
