Islamabad, July 12, 2025: NUST Institute of Environmental Sciences and Engineering (IESE) has announced full-time job openings for a new project in Murree. This project is about managing solid waste in a better and cleaner way and is funded by ICIMOD.
People from Murree and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
Here are the details of the jobs:
Environmentalist
Must have a BS degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering and some field experience. The work includes going to the field, collecting data through visits, interviews, and surveys, and helping in arranging training programs.

Social Mobilizer
Must have a BS degree in Environmental or Social Sciences with experience. The job is to work with local people, conduct surveys, create awareness, and collect data from the field.

Research Assistants (2 positions)
Must have a BS degree in Environmental Sciences and should be studying in a related MS program. The work includes preparing surveys, managing field work, analyzing data, and writing reports. Must know how to use Excel, Google Sheets, or SPSS. This job is for 6 months.
