Wahga border

Wahga border is a famous point where security officials of Pakistan and India hold two ceremonies _ flag hoisting at morning and flat lowering at evening with traditional mesmerising parade.

Ministers criticised India a day after the Modi-led government declined Pakistan’s request to allow foreign journalists to travel to Islamabad through Wagah border.

The Indian nationals were stranded in various parts of Pakistan due to Covid-19 restrictions as Pakistan had suspended travel to and from India in March 2020.
