100+ Pakistanis Get Jobs in Saudi Arabia: PSDF

Islamabad, June 30, 2025: More than 100 trained Pakistanis have landed jobs in Saudi Arabia’s construction and hospitality industries, thanks to the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) under the Chief Minister’s Skilled Punjab Initiative.

These international placements were made possible through PSDF’s Tabeer International Placement Program, a comprehensive project that trains, certifies, and places skilled youth in global markets.

Unlike typical job placement schemes, PSDF handled the entire recruitment journey—from providing demand-based skill training to finalizing visas and job contracts. This one-window solution ensured that candidates reached Saudi Arabia fully equipped and job-ready.

“Our approach eliminates the traditional risks job seekers face abroad,” said Ahmed Khan, CEO of PSDF. “We ensure each graduate reaches their destination with a contract in hand, visa processed, and training complete.”

Initial reports show that these graduates are already earning solid incomes, sending remittances back home, and supporting their families—boosting the economy of Punjab through foreign exchange.

Saudi employers, in turn, benefit from hiring professionals who are not only technically trained but also well-versed in local labor laws and workplace culture.

Encouraged by this success, PSDF is planning to expand job placements to more Gulf countries, including the UAE and Qatar, and will soon add healthcare and retail sectors to its list.
