All Chinese Engineers in Gwadar Attack Reported Safe, Says Foreign Office

ISLAMABAD: During her weekly press briefing on Thursday, Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said that Pakistan is providing security for all Chinese citizens within its borders.

She said that no incident can undermine the strong Pakistan-China relationship.

Ms. Baloch said that on August 13, assailants targeted Chinese engineers engaged in the CPEC project in Gwadar.
