Islamabad, July 14, 2025: The head of the Gwadar Port Authority (GPA), Noorul Haq Baloch, has encouraged local businessmen to build industries in the Gwadar Free Zone and take advantage of land offered at reduced prices.
During a meeting with members of the Gwadar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), the GPA chief told traders that government-owned plots would be given to investors and business owners in the Free Zone as a top priority.
“Investors playing a key role in Gwadar’s economic development will be provided with land at concessional rates besides provision of other facilities,” he said.
He added that the government is giving a 23-year tax break, no customs charges, up-to-date infrastructure, and world-class services for investors in Gwadar.
