The educational closure was initially implemented on May 7 after a series of drone attacks by India struck locations in Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The announcement puts an end to the brief disruption, during which Punjab schools closed two days as a precautionary step to protect students and staff.
“The safety of students and staff remains our top priority,” said the minister. “Now that the situation has stabilized, academic activities will proceed without further delay.”
