Islamabad, Aug 31: Attaullah Tarar, the federal minister for information, broadcasting, national heritage, and culture, stated on Saturday that an article published in “The Diplomat” magazine attempted in vain to sour Pakistan’s relations with China, a longstanding ally.
Following up on his X account, Tarar responded to the journal article by saying, “This is just another failed attempt to damage Pakistan’s relations with its time-tested friend China.” These attempts to undermine our foreign policy will always fail. He claimed that the article’s portrayal of the situation was inaccurate and did not accurately represent the feelings of Pakistanis.
