LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: A young married woman has been slaughtered in Lahore. The concerned police have arrested husband of deceased, Maryam, a 25-year-old married woman.
Maryam was found dead in her room with her throat slit in the Sundar area of Lahore.
According to police, the young woman has been murdered with a sharp tool.
The police officials said they reached the spot soon after receiving information of the murder of Maryam.
Police officials found the body of Maryam from a room and shifted it to a mortuary for autopsy.
Meanwhile, the forensic teams also collected evidence from the crime scene.
The police said they have arrested Azeem, deceased’s husband Azeem are probing the tragic incident.
