Rizwan’s message comes as uncertainty surrounds the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Tensions Escalate Following April Attack in Kashmir
The backdrop to Rizwan’s statement is the deadly April 22 attack in Pahalgam, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), which left 26 dead. India quickly pointed fingers at Pakistan-based groups, though no concrete evidence was provided. Islamabad rejected the accusations, calling them baseless and politically motivated.
