Islamabad, May 19, 2025: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is taking a major leap in expanding its global footprint with the launch of a direct Lahore to Paris flight, starting June 18.
This new route marks a significant step in improving international travel options for passengers departing from Punjab.
According to PIA officials, the direct Lahore-Paris service will operate every Wednesday, complementing the airline’s existing twice-weekly direct flights from Islamabad to Paris.
With this addition, PIA will now offer three non-stop flights to Paris each week, strengthening its presence in the European sector.
This strategic move comes as part of the national carrier’s broader initiative to restore and enhance its international network.
A senior PIA spokesperson confirmed a recent surge in revenue, attributing the growth to a combination of improved operational efficiency and targeted route expansions.
“This route will offer greater comfort and accessibility, especially for our business community and Pakistani diaspora in France,” the spokesperson noted.
