IRGC Chief
TEHRAN: Major General Hossein Salami, the Chief Commander of the IRGC, issued a warning to the Israeli regime, stating that a ground offensive into the besieged Gaza Strip would result in its downfall.
He mentioned, “In all past ground operations, the Israelis suffered defeats. They lack the capability to wage war against Hamas, as the ground is Hamas’s strong point. If they engage in a ground war, they will be overwhelmed, and Gaza will become their final resting place.”
Salami also pointed out that the enemy received an exceptional, unexpected, surprising, and powerful blow during Operation Al-Aqsa Storm. He noted that the reactions from Israel and its supporters demonstrate their lack of mental balance and their confusion.
Western leaders visiting the occupied territories to console the regime, he said, should realize that they won’t be able to revive Israel any longer.

Regarding the presence of Zionist people in the heart of the Islamic nation, Salami suggested that their aim is to destabilize Islamic territories, and as long as they exist, it will only lead to evil and insecurity.
He further criticized the U.S., Britain, Germany, and other supporters of Israel for their collaboration, stating that they aim to harm Palestinian children.
However, Salami maintained that Gaza will remain steadfast, and the enemies, like in previous defeated wars, will ultimately leave the region in disgrace.
Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister of Iran Hossein Amir Abdollahian gave a last warning to Israel saying “Armed Groups’ fingers are on Trigger.” It indicates that Hezbollah will join Hamas in case Israeli troops invade Gaza.
Abdollahian reaffirmed Iran’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people in the face of the Israeli government’s brutal actions.
He conveyed this message during a meeting with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in New York on Friday, which took place during an extraordinary session of the UN General Assembly addressing the Gaza conflict.
He emphasized that Iran has consistently backed the Palestinian people’s struggle for liberation and their resistance to achieve full recognition of their human rights, making it a fundamental principle of Iranian foreign policy.
Amir Abdollahian strongly condemned the continuous violence carried out by the Israeli regime in the Gaza Strip, a conflict that has persisted for three weeks.
He also expressed his concern that the Israeli regime’s lethal attacks on Gaza and the West Bank have been enabled by the silence of some nations and the assistance of the United States.
