Raisi warns Israel

On Monday, Iran firmly denied any involvement in the Hamas assault on Israel. Iran dismissed the allegations as baseless.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani asserted that the accusations connecting Iran to the incident are politically motivated.

He emphasized that the Palestinian people possessed the necessary capability and determination to defend their homeland. Kanani said they (Palestinians) can reclaim their rights without requiring assistance from Tehran.

Meanwhile, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi cautioned Israel, warning that the regional dynamics had shifted and that a belligerent approach would be detrimental to the Zionist state.

President Raisi conveyed this message after Hamas launched an unprecedented large-scale operation in response to Israel’s actions at the al-Aqsa Mosque.

He pointed out, “Without a doubt, the responsibility for jeopardizing regional security lies with the Zionist regime who should be held accountable.”

The President called upon the Muslim community to stand in solidarity with the Palestinians in their struggle against Israel.

Raisi praised the resilient Palestinians for their operation, which he said had evoked fear and astonishment across the world.

He invited the global community to recognize that the oppression and injustice against the Palestinian nation, the continued mistreatment of women and prisoners. He said the desecration of al-Quds, the first ‘Qibla’ of Muslims, would not persist indefinitely.

Raisi reaffirmed Iran’s unwavering support for the legitimate defense of the Palestinian people.
