Islamabad – June 24, 2025: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a leading specialized financial institution with a “AAA” credit rating and a nationwide branch network of over 500 locations, has announced a key job opening for the position of Regional Business Head (VP/SVP). The opportunity is available for qualified and experienced banking professionals interested in serving the Sindh and Balochistan regions.
ZTBL is looking for dynamic, results-driven individuals capable of leading and transforming regional banking operations. This leadership role involves supervising 15–25 branches, developing new business, improving credit performance, and expanding outreach in the assigned region.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the banking sector; preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing branch networks.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized (local or international) institution.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as of the application deadline.
- Other Requirements: Candidates must have strong communication, leadership, analytical, and team management skills. Dual nationals and those convicted by any court are not eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sound lending and deposit base.
- Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and business targets.
- Lead branch teams in line with credit and business policies.
- Liaise with agricultural stakeholders and represent the bank in sector events.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (AML/CFT/KYC) and operational quality.
- Identify new branch opportunities and evaluate branch performance.
