High-Level Talks Focus on Regional Stability
Kuwait’s Foreign Minister held a meeting with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, where both sides discussed matters of mutual interest, regional security, and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
According to the ISPR, the Kuwaiti foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability, particularly in the context of ongoing tensions in the Middle East. The meeting focused on the deep-rooted brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kuwait, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties.
Shared Vision for Regional Peace
Field Marshal Munir reiterated Pakistan’s resolve to further expand cooperation with Kuwait across various sectors. “Pakistan and Kuwait share a common vision for regional peace, stability and prosperity,” the army chief said.
Both countries expressed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation across various fields, the ISPR added. The meeting underscores the continued engagement between Pakistan and Gulf states amid ongoing regional challenges.
